4-Day Series: Monday, July 13 – Thursday, July 16Classes will be held at TAP on the 3rd floor from 9am-12pm each day. Each day will be a mix of improv and theater games plus some acting exercises with emphasis on creating your own mini play! No prior acting experience necessary. Each week-long session has a value of $150, but we are exercising a pay-what-you-can model thanks to our generous sponsors. The Art, Craft and Amish Quilt Sale returns to Mr. G's Fernwood Gardens Ballroom on Hwy. 57, just south of Jacksonport, Thursday through Sunday, July 16–19, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Featured are hand-quilted Amish quilts in many styles, patterns, and colors — all for sale — displayed and turned throughout the day. Local artists demonstrate their work, including handcrafted brooms, pen & ink art, glass painting, and baskets. Shoppers will also find handmade gifts, Amish-made wall hangings, table runners, rugs, and barn quilts, plus the return of the popular Amish Cashew Crunch, Amish caramels, and Yoder popcorn. The 2026 season of Algoma Concerts in the Park takes place 6 – 9 p.m. Thursdays, June 25 – August 6, 2026, Heritage Park (off the City Marina) in Algoma, WI. The natural sloping amphitheater welcomes you to bring your chairs and blankets and relax for an evening of music by the lakeshore. FREE to attend!
